  • Enquiries: when you submit a contact or enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number and the message you send.
  • Donations: to process a donation and issue a tax-exemption (80G) receipt we collect your name, email, mobile number, postal address, PAN, and the donation amount and programme. Payment is handled by our payment partner; we do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • On your device: your accessibility preferences (such as text size and contrast) are saved locally in your browser. We may also collect basic, non-identifying usage information to improve the website.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide information about our services and admissions.
  • To process donations, issue receipts, and comply with tax and accounting requirements.
  • To communicate with you about your enquiry, donation, or our work, where you have asked us to.
  • To operate, maintain and improve the website.

Payment Processing

Online donations are processed securely through Razorpay. Your payment is handled on Razorpay’s secure systems and is subject to their privacy policy. We receive only confirmation details and the donor information you provide on our form.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential browser storage to remember your accessibility settings and to keep the site working. We do not use this information to identify you personally.

Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example, our payment gateway and email provider), or when required by law. These providers may use your data only to perform services for us.

Children’s Privacy

As a special-needs school, information about children is provided by their parents or legal guardians and is used solely for assessment, admission, therapy, education and the child’s welfare. We handle this information with the utmost care and confidentiality.
