We believe in continuous capacity building for children, parents, teachers and therapists — ensuring holistic growth, updated intervention practices and better developmental outcomes through structured, need-based training conducted throughout the year.
Programs for Children
Ummeed conducts specialized capacity-building programs for children with special needs according to their age group, developmental level, disability category, functional abilities and individual needs.
Throughout the year, the school conducts approximately 4 to 12 specialized training programs focusing on:

Parent Workshops
Parents are an essential part of every child’s developmental journey. To ensure continuity of care at home, Ummeed conducts 9 mandatory parent training sessions every year, covering:

- Government schemes & documentation support

Teacher & Therapist Training
To maintain quality rehabilitation and educational support, Ummeed ensures continuous training for its special educators, therapists and rehabilitation staff through advanced intervention training, therapy workshops, educational methodology sessions and clinical exposure.
Trainings are conducted through RCI-recognized professionals, subject experts, rehabilitation specialists and external expert trainers — keeping our team updated with new intervention techniques, modern rehabilitation approaches, child-centred learning methods and evidence-based therapy practices.
